Workbook Pages Assignment

I didn't do well on my second paper, but after reading about compare and contrast I developed a better understanding between the two.  You need to be able to provide details when comparing and contrasting between two or more things.  It's easy to get caught up and confuse yourself on whether or not you've provided enough information.  While writing a compare and contrast paper, you want to be able to stay on topic as well as maintain a nice organized paper.  Jumping the gun and getting ahead of yourself will only leave your readers confused and lost.  A helpful process that may work for a lot of people is to start on an outline and make a plan of some sort.  By planning out your paper ahead of time, you have an idea on how you will then proceed on with your paper, also making it a lot easier for you.  In the reading, it gives you a list of guidelines to follow which is another helpful task.  While writing a compare and contrast paper or any paper in that matter, you want to have a topic sentence in each paragraph so the reader knows what you are about to talk about next.  All in all this reading is a helpful source to look at.
